Return & Refund Policy
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Returns and Refunds: Orders placed using the COD payment method are not eligible for returns or refunds. All COD sales are considered final.
2. Prepaid Orders:
- Returns: Customers who have made a prepaid purchase may return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
- Refunds: Upon approval of the return, a refund will be processed. The refund amount will Credited on your original payment method within 10 business days and will be the original purchase price minus the delivery charge.
3. General Conditions:
- To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the specified return period.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging.
- Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
